DAY 1: Arrive in Harare, Robert Mugabe International Airport
Upon our arrival flight at 13:00, we are greeted by the shuttle service, facilitating our transfer to the overnight accommodation in Harare. This offers us the opportunity to recuperate after our lengthy international journey and prepare ourselves for the thrilling safari adventure that awaits.

DAY 2: Road Transfer to Mana Pools National Park *Estimate time of road transfer 7 hrs*
After breakfast this morning, our driver and private transfer vehicle await to accompany us throughout our journey. Once everyone is comfortably settled in, we embark on our road transfer at 08:30 towards Mana Pools National Park, with the option for a lunch stop (at own expense) along the way. We anticipate reaching our camp around 15:00, where our camp hosts warmly welcome us, providing the opportunity to indulge in a sundowner game drive if time allows. Our Mana Pools safari lodge offers luxury tent suite with uninterrupted views of the river and escarpment beyond, boasting a private viewing deck and plunge pool for our blissful relaxation in nature.

Day 3: Mana Pools National Park
Today, we continue to relish the captivating environment of our lodge in Mana Pools, situated in one of Africa's most untamed and secluded regions, nestled along the Zambezi River. Here, our safari experience unfolds amidst a vast riverine panorama, offering encounters with the magnificent giants that inhabit this terrain.
Accommodation: Luxury camp sharing accommodation, all meals, tea, coffee, soft drinks and local alcoholic beverages, laundry, and daily activity.

Day 4: Road Transfer to Lake Kariba *Estimate time of road transfer 5 hrs*
Today marks the moment to bid farewell to Mana Pools as we embark on the next leg of our safari adventure to the wildlife-rich shoreline of Kariba.
Our safari lodge in Kariba welcomes us with spacious suites meticulously designed to provide all the comforts we anticipate, complete with private viewing decks for savouring the breath-taking vistas of the lake and its environs.

Day 5 + 6: Lake Kariba
Our unique lodge on Lake Kariba provides the lake as our recreational haven. Enjoying our time cruising on the water or exploring the surrounding areas on foot through walking safaris; uncovering the ancient mysteries concealed within the fossilized dinosaur footprints exclusive to this region. The range of activities on offer to us encompasses guided walking safaris, stargazing, boating, birdwatching, catch-and-release fishing, day and night game drives focused on locating lions, and immersive cultural visits to a neighbouring local community.

Day 7: Road transfer to Hwange National Park *Estimate time of road transfer 6 hrs*
We begin our day with an early breakfast and departure, as our journey progresses with a road transfer to Hwange National Park. There's an option for a lunch stop along the way (at own expense). Hwange
National Park unfolds as a land of contrasts, from dense teak and acacia forests to expansive open savannahs, presenting a display of raw and diverse Africa.
Our Hwange safari camp provides an ideal setting for a relaxing Hwange safari experience. The refined elegance of our lodge is inspired by natural wood and organic elements of the bush and our tent suite boasts modern amenities, including a wood-burning fireplace, ensuring comfort amidst the wilderness.

Day 8: Hwange National Park
Today, we embark on a continued exploration of the legendary Hwange National Park, engaging in a variety of activities that are encompassed in our stay. These activities include walking safaris, game drives, birdwatching, and cultural visits, all guided by the lodge's qualified and enthusiastic guides.

Day 9: Road transfer to Matobo Hills National Park *Estimate time of road transfer 5 hrs*
Today, we indulge in a leisurely breakfast before setting off on our road transfer to Matobo National Park. Along the journey, there's an option for a lunch stop (at own expense).
Nestled in the heart of the Matobo Hills, just outside the park's boundary, awaits our exclusive-use guest house. The accommodation comprises four en-suite bedrooms, each offering breath-taking views from every window and complete with full servicing.
Embraced by the iconic balancing rocks and ensconced within a natural amphitheatre of colossal boulders, this guest house evokes a sense of remoteness that is truly captivating.

Day 10: Matobo Hills National Park
Today presents us with a delightful choice: to either unwind and savour leisure time at our own pace, or to opt for a visit to the rock art site of Matobo Hills. Renowned for hosting one of Southern Africa's most abundant collections of rock art, dating back over 13,000 years, this site promises a fascinating exploration of ancient cultural heritage.
Accommodation: 4 bed roomed guest house fully serviced (or similar), all meals, tea, coffee, soft drinks and local alcoholic beverages, laundry, and daily activity.
(Activities include - Walking & hiking, rhino tracking on foot, visiting rock art sites and visit Rhodes Grave).
Day 11: Road Transfer to Gonarazhou National Park *Estimate time of road transfer 7 hrs*
Following two nights of rejuvenation amidst the serene ambiance of Matobo Hills, we embark on our road transfer to our final safari destination of exploration – Gonarezhou National Park. As the second largest national park in Zimbabwe, Gonarezhou remains largely undiscovered by the outside world. This remarkable expanse of land stands as one of the last great pristine wildernesses in Africa, boasting a vast array of diverse habitats. Our luxury chalets provide unparalleled comfort and pristine views of the wilderness. Featuring king-size beds facing the terrace, they offer a tranquil retreat for unwinding after exhilarating days on safari.

Day 12: Gonarazhou National Park
Today offers a diverse range of activities for us to choose from. For those seeking an early adventure, an exhilarating morning game drive awaits, allowing us to explore and observe the diverse array of wildlife that call Gonarezhou home. Alternatively, for those feeling more active, a 3km walking trail from our lodge to the picturesque Chivilia Falls offers a captivating journey. For a slower-paced morning, birdwatching presents an opportunity to admire the over 400 species recorded in the area.
In the afternoon, we have the chance to immerse ourselves in local culture with a unique experience – traditional wine tapping from the Ilala palm. Our drive will lead us through the local village, where we'll have the pleasure of meeting a local wine-tapping expert.

Day 13: Road transfer to Harare *Estimate time of road transfer 7 hrs*
Our grand safari tour reaches its climax today as we embark on a road transfer back to Harare for our overnight stay. The journey becomes a celebration of our fantastic adventures and unique experiences, providing us with the perfect opportunity to reminisce, recall, and chat with each other about the incredible moments we've shared during our amazing safari tour together. This time can also be utilized by those who wish to record our experiences and stories into their travel journals, ensuring that our travels live on in words. Day 14: Transfer to Robert Mugabe International Airport
This morning offers a leisurely beginning to our day, allowing time for a stroll through the local town area following breakfast. Afterwards, we'll be transferred back to the airport to catch our flight home, carrying with us cherished memories and unforgettable experiences from our incredible journey
